Cowered in the center of the deafening dark hue with no signs of escape, consumes the air filling my lungs. My cries echo, but no response follows. Scratching at the walls with tints of red and broken nails, searching for the smallest sign of light. Battling the thick suffocating abyss gasping, my heart starts collapsing. A glimmer of light peaks in the corner, I charge to its opening tearing my way through. But I shield myself from the burning light, cowering behind the darkness that surrounded me once more. The light gently seeps between my fingers enchanting me with its peace. The fresh air filters my lungs and the burning pain seizes, I spread my arms, the light blankets my body and I am whole again.
